Alcohol Policy

The hotel does not allow any outside alcoholic beverages on property. Everything you need is available at our w xyz bar.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Minimum Age Requirement Policy

Minimum age to check-in at the property is 21. Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Check Cashing Policy

Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Platinum & Gold Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay. Other conditions may apply.

Connecting Room Policy

Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected-usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.

ID Requirement

All guests checking in to the hotel must provide a government issued ID at time of check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That's why Aloft Austin at the Domain welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our dog-friendly arf program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary for use during your stay. There is a waiver to sign at check-in. Please make sure they're on their best behavior-we don't want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

Smoking Policy

Aaahhh...breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside the property.
